To return/exchange a shipped item to jewelmoment.com, please follow these steps:
1. contact our return department by sending us an email
2. Indicate the reason for your return/exchange
3. Once approved by us, include original documents in the package.
4. Ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price. Jewelmoment.com is not responsible for merchandise that’s not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
Return or exchange accepted within 14 days of receiving your package.
All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund. *Please note that Packages returned without consent will not be accepted.
We’ll credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within two weeks of receiving your return.
Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to store credit.
Custom/Personalized items are not returnable unless received defected.
