Shipping Policy

Shipping is flat rate. $5 for all orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable for ANY reason. PROCESSING TIME – (NOT shipping time) • We aim to ship out all non custom orders within 24-48 hours. This is just an estimate. Some orders such as custom orders, handmade orders or bigger orders may take longer. • Custom orders/handmade orders will ship within 5-7 business days. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME • 2-5 business days nationwide. Please note that is just an estimate. Actual shipping time can very. If you need your item to arrive by a specific time, please contact us and we can create a custom shipping option to fit your needs. • At times, it may take up to 10 days. This is RARE, but has happened before. We are super sorry, but once it’s shipped, we ultimately have no control over transit time and delivery. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES • Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. • If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it would be returned to us and we can ship the item out again for you upon receiving the item back in the mail. • We will need to charge the Standard shipping rates to post the order again. • Missing packages marked “delivered” can sometimes be misplaced. Check with your local post office and mailman, many instances, they can locate it for you. CUSTOMS & DUTIES FROM OTHER COUNTRY • All custom fees and import duties are NOT included in the purchase price. Some countries may occasionally impose customs to incoming merchandise. This does not happen very often, but it may happen randomly. As we have no control over this and do not charge additionally for custom fees, the buyer is ultimately responsible for all custom fees, import duties, and taxes should these be impose.
